Terms and Conditions

Submeter Solutions standard terms and conditions apply unless otherwise stated.

Minimum Order - Minimum order value is $50 net.

Terms of Payment - Upon approval of credit - Net 30 days.  A service charge of 1.5% per month may be assessed on any past due balances.  Click HERE to download a Credit Application.

Credit Cards - Submeter Solutions accepts all major credit cards for payment at time of order.  A credit card convenience fee may be applied for all orders greater than $3000.

Pricing - Prices and products are subject to change without notice. In th e event the pricing has changed you will be contacted prior to your order being processed.

Returning Goods - Authorization from Submeter Solutions must be obtained prior to returning any material for credit or repair.  Upon authorization, a 25% restocking charge is applicable to returned good approved for resale.  Products that have been installed are non-returnable unless deemed by our supplier to be defective. Defective items will either be repaired or replaced then returned to you.  Call or email first to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.  The RMA number must be written on all returned goods.  Goods are subject to refusal without a RMA number.

Product Warranty - Customer pays for return freight on all product warranty claims.
